I graduated from The London School of Osteopathy in 2015 with a Master's degree and received the Rising Star of Osteopathy Award from the Institute of Osteopathy the same year.

I then completed two years of postgraduate study in classical osteopathy. This equipped me with a thorough knowledge and understanding of osteopathic principles and treatment approaches, as practised by the founding fathers of osteopathy nearly 150 years ago, enabling me to diagnose and treat efficiently and holistically.

Having developed a special interest in cranial osteopathy as an undergraduate student, I went on to train with the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy (M2, M4, M7, biodynamic embryology) and the Upledger Institute. This gentle approach of cranial osteopathy is an effective way to treat babies. I have also completed the Bump to BabyUnsettled Baby and Importance of Movement from Infant to Teen courses by Miranda Clayton. More recently, I have completed a course on Psychosomatic Osteopathy by Torsten Liem.

I am confident with both structural and cranial techniques and tailor each treatment to the individual needs of my patients.

I have worked in a wide variety of clinical settings with people of all backgrounds and ages, including The LSO Evening Clinic (Bethnal Green), The College Practice (Kentish Town) and the Bridge Renewal Trust (Harringay). I have also worked as a clinic supervisor at the London School of Osteopathy and continue to examine and lecture there.

I currently practice at Kintsugi, Kensal Rise, London and Shefford Osteopathic Clinic, Shefford.

Outside of work, I enjoy pilates, knitting, watching shows like The Traitors, Pottery Throw Down or Grand Designs and love trips to see National Trust houses with my husband and two young children.
